At LillysHair, all of our custom wigs and human hair wigs are made to order to ensure
premium quality, perfect fit, and a flawless finish. Every wig is crafted with care, using highquality materials to help you look and feel your best.

Standard Wig Orders
For wig designs listed on our website, the processing time is 1–3 working days before your
order is shipped. Each made-to-order wig is carefully prepared, styled, and checked for
quality before dispatch.

Custom Wig Orders
If you’re ordering a custom wig that isn’t listed on our website, processing times can vary
depending on the colour, length, texture, and style you choose. These orders may take
anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks to complete. Because every custom human hair wig is
unique, we recommend contacting us to confirm the estimated processing time before
placing your order.
