• All Already made products like Ponytails, Messy buns, Hair care products, and Accessories ship the same business day if ordered before 3 pm.
• All U-Part wigs ship the same business day if ordered before 3 pm.
• We endeavour to ship all lace Wigs within 1 business day but sometimes it can take up to 2 business days especially during busy times. We have a dedicated team of 5 professional hair stylists who starts to colour and style your wig after an hour of receiving the order.

DELIVERY

• All UK Express parcels take 1 business day to arrive once shipped.
• European Union Express parcels take 1-2 business days to arrive once shipped.
• US Express parcels take 1-2 business days to arrive once shipped.
• Parcels to Canada take 2-3 working days to arrive once shipped.
• Australian parcels take 3 business days to arrive once shipped.
• All Express to other regions takes 1-3 business days to arrive once shipped.
• All international standard parcels including US, Europe, Canada, and Australia take 5-8 working days to arrive once shipped.
